Installation of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e48AR will not require any drilling on your 2021 Jeep Compass. This features a bolt-on installation and uses existing holes in the frame. However, you will need to trim the bumper cover and heat shield before reinstalling.
Although we do not have an installation video for this hitch, the process is identical for the Curt # C13363. I have attached an installation video of the Curt hitch on a 2020 Jeep Compass for your reference.
