I can tell by the 8-248 and t20 stamped on your hub you will either need the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84545BX or Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles # 84545UC1-EZ. The idler hub for E-Z lube axles includes a grease cap with rubber insert so that you can pump grease into the spindle for additional lubrication. Your spindle must have the grease zerk on the end of the spindle to use that option.
