The wiring instructions for the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Plug & Play T-Harness # PL94FR (which is the same PL8547-TUN you mentioned) can be found linked to this answer page along with a review video for you to check out.

If you don't have a power lock feature on your 2015 Toyota Tundra you can add the Switch Kit # PAL9520 so you can lock/unlock the tailgate with the switch.
