Yes, the Sidewinder Wedge Kit for B&W, Demco, and Husky Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP74FR is the correct wedge for Husky 5th wheel hitches including your Husky 16K-W.
The # RP74FR is only compatible with Sidewinder part number 68220 and will not work with any other Sidewinder.
