Best Wiring Harness for a 2018 Nissan Rogue
Question:
Hello, I have purchased a tow hitch from your company a couple years ago and now wish to add a wiring harness for towing my motrcycle around. When entering my vehicle info, it provided the Curt model # C56033 and Hopkins midel #HM11143645. However, when viewing an expert question on the same page he recommended the Tekonsha model # 118480. Can you please advie of best fit and weather proof option to ensure I get the best of the best? Just want t omake sure there are no other better options not displayed on the website auto discovery page. Thnaks for your assistance.

I would be happy to help you. All three of the wiring harnesses, the Curt item # C56033, Hopkins item # HM11143645, and the Tekonsha item # 118480, fit your 2018 Nissan Rogue. I always recommend the Tekonsha wiring harness because they are built better and are far more reliable. This would be my recommendation to you today. The T-One connector plugs directly into your Nissan's wiring harness behind your rear tail lights. All of the critical components are installed inside your vehicle so weather will not be an issue. This will provide you with a 4-flat vehicle connector. I have linked an installation video below.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
