Solution for Trailer Wiring for 2009 Nisan Frontier that Has Brake Output and 12 Volt ACC Switched

Question:

Want to buy your Nissan Frontier rear wiring harness, but after purchasing and returning two others Curt and Tekonsha from other sources which BOTH had the constant 12V feed wire and the electric brake wire reversed wrong position how do I know that the wiring in yours is correct? The blogs are full of complaints about the mis-wiring of these harnesses. Given that most of these harnesses are probably made from bad schematic diagrams for the 05 to 13 Frontiers, how can I be sure that yours will work correctly?

If you've tried a Curt and Tekonsha kit for your 2009 Nissan Frontier and the circuits were reversed then what we offer would have the same issue as that's the same two kits we offer for your vehicle. I know it's not ideal but best solution is probably going to be to go with a kit like the # 118266 and then reverse the pins or cut the wires and switch them if you prefer that.

I wish there was an easier solution.
