Would this be able to support a hitch mounted bike rack and four bikes? Also what would be the second least visible hitch? Thanks.

The most hidden trailer hitch that fits your 2022 Ford Explorer Limited is the Draw Tite hitch part # DT66GR which has a lower opening that can completely be removed when not in use. This means that the hitch can be completely invisible when not being used.

Yes it would do a great job carrying a 4 bike rack like you mentioned. The next most hidden option is the etrailer part # e29YR which only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper for a mostly hidden look.
