I have a rhino rack Pioneer platform with the back bone system and the rhino rack 43120b cross bars will the Nautic 581 cradle work with what I have or what will the jeep is to tall the j rack

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Nautic 581 item # RR581 will work with the Rhino-Rack Accessory Heavy-Duty Bars item # RR43120B but you will need longer bolts. They are the Heavy-Duty Crossbar Adapter Kit for Rhino-Rack Kayak Carrier item # HD-FK1.
