The Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack # KU98VR is a great choice in a bike rack and you will need both the hitch and wiring to utilize the integrated lights on the rack.
I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT58MR and the Tekonsha Wiring Harness # 119250KIT for your 2022 Tesla Model Y. The Draw-Tite is a solid choice that remains hidden behind the rear bumper fascia and the wire harness will splice into your OEM wiring.
One of the nice things about the Piston Pro X is that the anti-rattle is adjusted at the rear end of the rack and you just use a simple locking hitch pin to secure the rack to the hitch receiver. This makes it easier to use in general but since your hitch receiver sits inside the rear bumper fascia it makes it that much easier for your application.
