There is a trailer hitch receiver fit for your 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow-N-Go seats:

I verified for you that this is the correct fit for the Stow-N-Go seating on your Town and Country, and does not require any drilling or other modification to install.

The only other thing you may need, if you plan on doing some towing, is a trailer wiring harness. The correct fit for your '05 Town and Country is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118300.
