I am looking at this curt receiver for my 2001 Ram 2500. It doesn’t appear to have a spot to mount the electrical plug. Is there something available for mounting a plug to the hitch without drilling into the hitch itself

We do have a no drill bracket that will work great with the Curt item # C15319 hitch. It is the Curt Easy Mount Bracket item # C58000. The Curt easy mount bracket fits over the hitch receiver opening and secures around the lip with the included hardware.

I can also confirm that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C15319 does fit your 2021 Dodge Ram. If you need a 7-way connector you will want the 7-Way Pre-Wired Car Connector, 7' Lead item # 20023. This is for trucks with the factory tow package. If you do not have the factory tow package you will need the Tekonsha item # 118329 and the 7-Way Universal Wiring Harness item # ETBC7.
