Thanks for reaching out! The Yakima SpareTime (8002598) was discontinued back in 2015 but we do still have some replacement parts for it! Here are the parts you asked about:

Replacement Back Plate - # 8880578
Replacement Long Stem - # 8890241
Replacement Adapter Plate - # 8890244

I couldn't find the part 8890224 you mentioned so I tried changing one of the parts to 0244 and that pulled up the adapter plate. If you were needing something other than the adapter plate please let me know what part it is.

I spoke with my contact at Yakima and they informed me that the part you need is the #8880578. You have an older version of the Yakima Spare Time which had issues fitting some of the Wranglers and that is why they came out with the part #8880578.
