Question:

i am looking at adding a rear anti sway bar to my 2019 Ford F350, this is what I am looking to buy Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1139-173. In the directions it says to remove factory sway bar and save all the hardware. My truck does not have a factory rear sway bar so i will not need to remove but i also will not have any hardware to install new sway bar. Is there a hardware kit i can purchase along with the new sway bar kit?

Good question, and while we do have a rear anti-sway bar for your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty, the # RM-1139-173 is only for trucks that already have one, and there isn't a hardware kit that will allow installation of this anti-sway bar on a truck without one. So what you will need instead is a different anti-sway bar:

- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM93VR

The # RM93VR comes with the needed hardware for install on your '19 F-350, you just need to make sure the forward leaf spring bump pads are bolted to the frame instead of riveted. I have added a photo from the instructions (which are linked below) which show what it should look like.

This anti-sway bar will work just like the part you asked about to provide you far greater stability and control on your F-350, particularly since your truck doesn't have one at all.
