Question:

Thank you for your response. My bad, I should have indicated that my bike is an ebike at 60#. Thus the suggested Thule Helium is definitely not an option. Also, I had a two part question. Can a ramp be used with the RockyMounts HighNoon rack?

The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY87RR has added extra straps so it would be able to carry a bike with fenders. These extra straps allow you to move the arm past the fender. It can hold a bike up to 60-lbs with tires up to 5" thick.

The T1 doesn't have a way to add a ramp to it and even if it did the rack doesn't have a track that the wheel could follow to roll the bike up on to it. For a heavier e-bike the best solution is an e-bike rack like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which has the weight capacity needed, comes with a ramp to make loading and unloading easier, and also uses frame clamps so that fenders wouldn't get in the way.
