Im looking for a replacement for a Philips Ventline V2245-50. What would you recommend?

I am having trouble finding information on the Philips Ventline V2245-50, the little bit I can find looks like it is a round vent fan. We have the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03810W which fits an opening of 6-1/4" diameter.
The MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03810W is a manual lift roof vent with LED light that removes unwanted hot air and moisture from your RV's kitchen or bathroom. The fan circulates air like a ceiling fan when your vent is closed and has an integrated rain shield that lets you open your vent in any weather.
