I need a new v2045. Aleast a new motor, bezel, and light cover.

You can replace the motor in your Ventline V2045 exhaust fan with the Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Exhaust Fan # BCD0390-00 you were looking at. The fan blade replacement is # BVA0312-00 and then the replacement lens is # VC0133-00. These are the only replacement parts we have available for the V2045.
If you wanted to replace your exhaust fan you could use something like the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light - 6" Diameter - Manual Lift - Black # MA00-03810B, which is a manual lifting exhaust fan with a bright LED.
