Yes, they sure do; I verified with Timbren that their suspension enhancement do fit the 2022 Ram 1500 with the new body style. The only thing they will not fit is if your '22 Ram has the factory air suspension (auto-air leveling). Also, keep in mind there are different fits depending on the cab of your truck:

- Crew Cab & Quad Cab: Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DQ

- Regular Cab: Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DS
