Furrion Vision S RV Camera Power Issue Fix For 2021-2022 GM/Chevrolet Trucks

Question:
We have a new 2022 GMC 3500HD with a 42foot 5th wheel we will be towing. Found that Furrion Observation camera didnt work when hooked up to new truck so read the solution was to buy this 7-way which we did have yet to try out, going to today but as I read more into some of the forums, many said this DID NOT solve their problem. I was disappointed reading that! I researched prior to buying with asking etrailer and Furrion both saying this was the solution. Now, wondering what is the difference?

I'm not sure which adapter you purchased, however the correct fix for the Furrion camera power issue on the 2021-2022 GM/Chevrolet Trucks, is the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter w/ Power Switch for Furrion RV Observation Camera # FR87PR.
This adapter will connect to your vehicles 7-way, and will provide the additional power needed for your Furrion Vision S RV Cameras.
