Need Replacement For Dometic 3313195.012 Thermostat

Question:

I looking to replace what I believe is a failed thermostat Dometic 3313195.012 in a 2015 Palomino Solaire. The current thermostat will turn on both the furnace and A/C at the same time in heat mode. I’m trying to find the proper replacement thermostat for my trailer. Thanks.

Hello Manuel, thanks for reaching out. We do offer a replacement for your Dometic 3313195.012 Thermostat. For that, you can use the following:

- Replacement Single Zone Thermostat for Dometic RV Air Conditioners - Black # DMC79FR

This is basically just the newer version of what you have now. It can be used to control your AC and your furnace.

Hey Manuel, how did the new single zone thermostat work out in your Palomino Solaire? Did it fix the issue with the furnace and A/C running at the same time? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same problem.

Hi @JesseM It did not fix the issue, but installation was easy. While there is still the issue of the heater and A/C coming on at the same time, the stereo will turn on and will not react to any buttons being pressed. I believe it could be an issue tied to the wiring and/or the power center. Thanks!

@ManuelS Hmm sorry to hear it didn't fix the issue. In that case this definitely sounds like an issue with the underlying wiring. Could be a short something could potentially be wired wrong. Usually for stuff like this I would recommend having a tech come take a look.
