You will have several options for mounting a 5th wheel hitch in your 2016 Ford F-350.
First is the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16424-204. This system gives you rails that will mount inside your bed and accept either a Sliding Hitch # C16541 for a short bed or Fixed Hitch # C16130 for a long bed. This system does mean that you will have the rails that are always in your bed which can be a hassle if you do slide things in and out of you bed a lot.
Next is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1111. This primarily works as a gooseneck hitch but will also accept the B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3400 for short bed trucks or the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500 for long beds. Since the turnover ball can be positioned in a stored position you do get a clean bed with no rails in the way for sliding things in and out of the bed.
The Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker # DM8551000 is great for short bed trucks. This will allow you to use their Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550037 that automatically slides the head of the 5th wheel back as you turn. This ensures you do not have to manually move your 5th wheel hitch like most sliders require to make tight turns when maneuvering your trailer. These rails will also give you a clean bed for sliding items in and out when you are not towing.
Finally the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # RP30138-26 will give you the same mounting points as the OEM prep/puck system. You will then be able to use a B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider # BWRVK3370 or Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package # RP30922 to tow your 5th wheel. This system also gives you a clean bed for sliding items in and out of your bed.
