is the ford oem and the reese elite underbed rail kits the same .My new truck will be a 2015 short wheel base fifth wheel ready

The factory underbed mount on the 2015 Ford trucks is nearly identical to the aftermarket version. The hitches that fit in the factory prep package will also fit the aftermarket version, # RP30126.
There is also an adapter, # RP30156, if you do not want to use one of the hitches that fit directly in the underbed system. The adapter accepts hitches that fit in industry standard above the bed rails.
For a short bed truck with the OEM prep package or with the aftermarket underbed system installed you can use Reese slider hitch # RP30144 directly in the pucks.
