I need a replacement for my Ventline V2280-75 Manufactured Home ceiling mounted exhaust fan. Do you have any suggestions or replacements for it? If your suggestion is for a replacement motor how do I remove the fan blade assembly? It is a lighted unit but that is not an important feature. Diameter is approx. 7.25 in Depth is approx 3.75 ins

I'm not sure which replacement part you're looking for, but we do offer a Replacement Impeller Wheel for Ventline 360 Bath Fans # VC0359-00, and the Replacement Motor for Ventline Breeze 360 Bath Fan # VC0369-00.

To replace the fan motor, you will need to slide the fan blades off the motor shaft, then remove the two screws holding the motor in, and disconnect the two nuts on the back side.

Hey Nick, Jon's answer page stating that you could swap out the impeller #VC0359-00 and motor #VC0369-00 to upgrade to a 75CFM vent is still viable option for your V2280-50 vent.

You can upgrade your 50 CFM kit to the 75 CFM motor part #VC0369-00 like you are wanting from your Ventline setup. It wouldn't be noticeable louder either.

We have found the 75CFM Motor #VC0369-00 to be able to replace a 50CFM Motor #BVC0367-00 which you have in your 2280-50 Ventline. It will fit with the Impeller Wheel #VC0359-00.
