I currently have a vent line model V2262-50 the replacement motor I see is BCD0388-00. The question would be can one upgrade to motor BCD0314-00 to 100CFM versus current 50CFM?

Yes, we have reached out to Ventline in the past about upgrading a vent with a 50 cfm motor, like part # BCD0388-00, and they have said it is okay to use the 100 cfm version, which is part # BCD0314-00 for your application.
