Question:

Looking for roof rack like the person above who asked the question. Contrary to your answer some MKXs, mine included, come with no roof rails at all. That includes flush rails, it doesnt have them. It seems any rack that would work would have to fit in the gap between the door and the roof? Not sure. So what would fit my 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve with Panoramic Moon Roof which we never open and no roof rails? Thank you

We do have some great roof racks that fit your 2016 Lincoln MKX with a panoramic moon roof with no rails. For the best system, I recommend the following:

With the JetStream setup, the BaseLine towers mount right between the glass and the door. The BaseClips then attach to your vehicles door jambs. With this system, you receive about 3 inches of height from your roof to the bottom of your crossbar. If you ever have the nag to open your moon roof, I recommend measuring the highest point where your moon roof opens to make sure that falls under 3 inches high. I went ahead and attached a video of this system installed on a 2016 Honda Pilot to provide you with perspective of the fitment.

The JetStream crossbars provide you with an extremely aerodynamic shape that ultimately leads to a quieter ride and higher fuel efficiency. With the addition of the lock cores, you receive theft deterrence of the rack.
