I have been dealing with etrailer for many years and have never had a problem. I just ordered a hitch for my Lincoln, and it didn't fit. I called on a Sunday and talked with Diana. Diana said there were were two different hitches for my car that year. She said no problem, she sent the correct one out that day and gave me a prepaid tag to return the wrong one, no questions asked. Damaged on arrival
The order process was very easy and the video review helped me decide on the etrailer model. Delivery was extremely fast and very well packaged. Installation went just as the included instructions directed and took approximately 2.5 hours. Would highly recommend etrailer to anyone.

Arrived sooner than expected. Product is well made and a good fit. I’m 70 years old installed in a couple of ours with no lift. Wiring took a little longer but not to bad to install everything fit fine. I will be using the hitch to haul a single axle trailer with a Harley Ultra Classic.

The trailer hitch went on as advertised and flawlessly. I like the fact there are 6 bolt attaching the hitch verses 4 bolts which the other hitches.
EXCELLENT. The bolt fishing wires were extremely helpful. Zero complaints. took me about an hour and 15 minutes, dealer wanted 3 hours to start. and said a class 3 hitch didn't exist for the Edge.

Product looks good shipping was fast wiring harness for the 2008 Ford edge was a easy install the hicth was a bit more difficult very little room to put in the last bolt I plan to use it when when we go fish save on gas lol taking my taking the edge vs the f150 the only bad I have was that the wiring harness wasn't long enough to put the tape on also I run the wiring inside the car not out side

Installed this hitch receiver on my 2013 Ford Edge, took approximately 1 1/2 hours or so (plus an additional 1 1/2 hours for the wiring harness installation), the installation video provided by etrailer.com made the install really easy. The product itself is excellent quality and bolted directly to my vehicle without any major modifications needed. The shipping was fast and etrailer.com’s customer service is outstanding! I’m extremely happy with purchase and will definitely be recommending etrailer.com to my friends and family.
Good product!....Good price! Put this on my Edge in under 45 minutes start to finish. Here are my tips: Go to YTube and watch a couple of eTrailer videos and you will know what you need to know. This particular hitch happens to balance right on the cradle of my hydraulic jack!....when it's time to bolt it up just roll the hitch under the car, adjust the height onto the bolts and BAM!.....all done.
Perfect fit easier to install my way.. very sturdy highly recommended .. I removed the rear bumper its easier and faster for me only took 1/2 hr… good quality
This Class III receiver hitch was as advertised and easy to install, even on my garage floor without a hoist, just a floor jack and of course, jack stands for safety. I chose the e98870 because it hangs below the rear valence so I could attach my 7-way connector with a Curt 57202 no-drill clamp-on bracket. The video instruction is invaluable!
Ordered on Sunday evening, received on Friday by noon. Etrailer rocks!

After learning to read in instructions, the hitch went onto my 2014 Ford Edge SE without a hitch (sorry). Added the large Curt 20 cuft carrier and a cargo bag and we were totally good to go from Houston to the Rockies. The installation videos on the etrailer website really helped sell me on the DIY route.
Two trips so far and I couldn't be happier. We have the cargo capacity of our old van but with much better handling and gas mileage. Even with the cargo bag fully loaded there is no interference with brake light or license plate visibility.
Good quality metal. Needed tow hitch for SUV I just purchased. Went on pretty easy. Video helped alot. My 2013 Ford Edge SEL has three exhaust hangers instead of just the two at back. Would have give five stars, but the hitch itself was bent slightly on one side. Had to do a little drilling out one of the holes to get it aligned. Other than that, it's a well make product.

Working great after a year. Ive used it at least ten times. Will surely outlast the vehicle!
Great product at a great price, shipped to my door in 5 days. Came with all required hardware and fish wires! Great instructional video. All combined makes me feel company cares about its customers.
I am average joe with NO LIFT. Backed vehicle up on 6x6's, DID NOT drop exhaust system, followed rest of directions. If you are doing it alon as I was, leaving the exhaust up did not make it harder but in fact helped! Product actually rested on top of exhaust dress up tips making it possible to attach one side and then move to the other. Exhaust was my extra person. Highly recommend.

Just completed my installation which took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The hardest part was feeding the fish wires and pulling the spacers and bolts back through. Once I realized to put the spacer into the frame hole then to feed the bolt through, things sped back up on the installation. It was also nice to use existing holes in the frame which meant that I could not mess up the holes as well. I'm really proud of the installation and can't wait until I put the bike rack into it and take off with our 2 bikes attached securely. Thanks for the great product, easy installation guide and video.

The trailer hitch has been great. Now we are able to use a bike rack on my truck along with the wifes car. This hitch is sturdy and rides like a champ on the car. Glad that I purchased this hitch due to the easy installation the the great quality of the hitch.
I installed this myself, had offers to install it for me for around $400, but the process is well documented on YouTube so I chose to try to save money. I was impressed with how easily that install went. Great design, loved the fish wires for landing the bolts. Very thought out.
Simple to install, was a little tricky getting my hand up inside the bumper to get the fish wire to install the bolts but we just had to pull the bumper away to give me room. Looks great and can't wait to use it.
Definitely not an install for novices with no access to a lift. Due to the excellent design I was able to install it with floor jacks in my garage. Took a couple of hours but it went together well.

Excellent, I tow a tilt dump trailer, multi bike rack and utility trailer. I really like the quality.
Super easy installation. etrailer provides everything you need to successfully install your receiver on your own. I have recommended etrailer to any of my customers who want to use a hitch mounted bike rack but don't want to pay a dealership 600$ to get the work done.
