Is there an Action Trac step for a 2014 Ram 2500 Mega Cab that will go wheel-to-wheel? This is a 4X4, if that makes any difference.

I have a great running boards solution for you. Unfortunately, we do not have any Aries Trac Steps like the # AA3048351 that fit your 2014 Ram 2500 Mega Cab.
However, we do have a great non-motorized version that has a similar style. For those boards, I recommend the Aries RidgeStep Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit - 6-1/2" Wide - Powder Coated Steel # AA2055536. These boards extend under the doors of your cab and have a total length of 91 inches long. These steps will run the entire length of your cab. I went ahead and attached a photo of these boards installed on a similar RAM model as yours. Also, these come with all hardware required for drill-free installation. These boards are compatible with a 4x4 model.
