Is Thule Evo Roof Rack Foot # TH62VW A Complete Fit

From your pictures, I can not determine if this replacement part comes with the actual clamp hardware that would come with the whole kit. This appears to just be the outer housing of the foot. Can you confirm if this replacement foot comes with the clamp and cousin Pieces A Inner Clamp,B cushion, and C Outer Clamp to be able to mount to the vehicle rail?

The Replacement Complete Foot for Thule Evo Flush Rail Roof Rack # TH62VW does come with everything needed to attach to the vehicle with exception of the fit kit which is vehicle specific. The pads like you mentioned come with the fit kits.
