Question:
I have the E2 800lb system. It is mounted on a grand design imagine 2910 trailer. The L brackets are as far forward as they can be due to the propane tank bracket. At 90 turning, the spring bar end is halfway through the L bracket, if I turn as sharp as I can, I’m afraid the spring bar will pull out of the L bracket. Can I buy longer bars? I should buy the 1000lb bars anyways due to a little higher hitch weight anyways. Please help….

You will not need to change the bars on your Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch unless you decide to move up to the 1,000lb bars. The propane tank bracket on your Grand Design Imagine 2910 travel trailer is mounted to the top of you frame with screws. You simply need to remove the tanks to access the screws and move the propane tank Pan # 37207-30485 into a position that will allow for your frame brackets to fit in the correct location(See image of slots for propane tank pan below). Fastway does not make longer bars for their weight distribution hitches.
Since you did not specify if you had a Fastway e2 Trunnion # FA92-00-0800 or Round Bar # FA94-00-0800 you will need to select the correct 1,000lb bars.
