If you've ensured that your battery contacts are good and not obstructed or dirty, and the batteries don't need to be changed, then I recommend replacing the entire remote with the Furrion Unismart Remote Control # FR34FR.

@ManonC Hey Manon, I'd recommend trying unplugging and plugging the TV back in to hard reset it. If your remote still won't work, then you might have an issue with the TV itself.

I was able to track down the install and programming instructions for the remote that comes with the Furrion televisions and attached them to this page. The universal remote #FR34FR will work the same way.

For Furrion TVs the way to enter the setup wizard is to perform a hard reset. To do that you'd unplug the TV, hold down the power button for a minute (weird, I know) and then plug TV back in and press power button once.
