Can The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent Be Used In A Bathroom Application?

Can this product be used as a vent fan for our bathroom in our fifth wheel?

I went ahead and checked out the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-05301K, and it turns out that you can use this in a bathroom application, however you are going to want to make sure that you aren't putting this above any tubs, showers or range cooking surfaces and the moisture/heat would be too high for the unit.

If you'd rather use a smaller roof vent fan, you also could use the MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03851.
