Sorry but I just do not want to order the wrong one. Is the MR74V5 a extended pin box with 5 bolts holding it on.

The MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 11.5K to 14K Trailers w/ Lippert 1621HD part # MR74VR fits a Lippert 1621 pattern which is considered the long style. Pin boxes are matched based on the pattern, Lippert 1621 is most standard. There are five holes used for attachment.
