When i turn fan Maxx Air 00-07500K on the gate didn’t open? Just the fan work and the gate closed?

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent, # MA00-07500K probably has a faulty operator mechanism or lift motor. The correct replacement part number for Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan, is # MA10-20281K-1AF. The Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan Plus Roof Vent is # MA10-20270.
You need to determine if the motor is functional or the operator mechanism is at fault. Disconnect and look for physical damage to the operator mechanism and try to function manually.
