Correct Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan 7500K Roof Vent

Question:

Howdy. I have an older [from 2016] Maxxfan 7500K with a bad Operator Mechanism. Ive read that a new Lift Arm is also needed due to a pattern change from square to hex on the end of that arm. Hoping that you can guide me in the right direction of needing the arm or not. This will save me from tearing it apart twice. Thanks for your help.

I checked the repair parts list for a MaxxAir 7500K Roof Vent and the Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents part # MA10-20281K-1AF is listed as a fit without any exclusions such as date of manufacture so you can be confident that this item will fit without any other parts needed.
