Hi, could you email the instructions for removal and replacement of the Lift Mechanism for my Maxxair Deluxe Fan Vent Cover thanks in advance

Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents # MA10-20281K-1AF is what you want for your MaxxAir Deluxe Fan if it is a power lift or the Replacement MaxxAir Roof Vent Manual Lift Operator # MA10-20281K-3CF if it is manual lift.

I've attached a photo of the vent assembly which shows the models for the parts listed above. This photo also gives you a visual of the location for replacement. I've also attached the installation details of the MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-07500K to assist. You will have to remove the assembly from the roof following the instructions in the reverse order leaving the inner frame and then disassemble the unity to get to that lift assembly.
