Looking to get a front hitch for our work truck Ford F450 XL I see that the only options for the front hitch is for the F450 super duty. What makes them different in the front that the front hitch wont work? Thank You

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65049 is confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford F-450 cab and chassis. It has different mounting points than the Draw-Tite Receiver # 65076 that you were looking at.
I recommend keeping either a Cover # 63080 or Step # WT81BS1XL in the receiver to eliminate the whistle from the wind front receivers will often create. The step is great as it allows you to easily access under the hood if you do your own service work or run into issues on the road.
