From the looks of the vehicle you entered into our fit guide, you have a 2022 Ford Transit T350. With the bare roof of your 2022 Ford Transit T350 with fixed mounting points, I recommend the Thule TracRac TracVan ES Van Ladder Rack - 2 Bar - 500 lbs # TH29610XT. The great thing about the TracVan is the heavy-duty weight capacity of 500 pounds. Another great feature is that the rack comes with heavy-duty aluminum load stops for keeping ladders, lumber, piping, and other cargo in place. As far as installation, the TracVan is designed to specifially fit your vehicle with all hardware included. As with all roof racks, I recommend confirming with your owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle the weight you wish to transport.

For a fixed ladder, we unfortunately only carry fixed ladders that are designed for the heights of RVs.
