If I purchase this equalizer. Do I have to buy two of them 01 from both sides

You will only need one of the MORryde 14-3/4" Shock Absorbing Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 42" Wheelbase - 8K, part # MR34AR. It comes with a pair, one for each side of trailer. You will need the correct mounting hardware for your trailer. I have included a weblink for that hardware and a video demo link below.
