Replacement Suspension Components for Mallart M210RB

Updated 03/25/2026 | Published 03/22/2026

Question:

I have a Mallard M210RB with Wide Trax suspension. Wheel base is 42. Current springs measure 26inch with an approx. 2inch height measure C. Wheel hub to hub center is 42. Will these springs work? I want to upgrade from the 4-leaf stock and I like the rust resistant on these. Also need full replacement of all other parts. Equalizers are 14 3/4inch eye to eye. Shackle is 2 7/8inch Bolts appear to be 3inch

Hey Mark, the etrailer leaf springs part # e88SR would be a great replacement for what you have as long as your axle capacity is 6k as that's what these are intended for. Some people will run a slightly higher leaf spring rating so if that's what you are wanting to do that is fine too. If you have a different axle rating just let me know and I'll make sure these are what you'd need.

For a standard equalizer replacement you would want the part # K13-142-02 or for a cushioned set we have the part # MR34AR which would do a great job improving the trailer's ride quality. For an upgraded shackle and wet bolt kit you'd then want the part # MR76ZR and you'd be set.

Hi Jameson, I should have mentioned in my original post, my axles are 3,500 lbs. Current springs are 4-leaf and I definitely want to go with 5 or 6 leaf. I like the 6-leaf with the rust resistant coating. Mark

@MarkR Best option for a 3,500 lb axle spring would be the part # e48SR which is coated and 26 inches long. It is a 4 leaf spring though as we do not have any 5 or 6 options.

@JamesonC Hi Jameson, how about these? https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Leaf-Springs/etrailer/e88SR.html

@Mark Those will fit but they will be very stiff and harsh since they are rated for a lot more weigh than what your axles are rated for.
