Hi, I have a 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4X4 with the 6.7L turbo diesel. I am thinking about getting a 5th wheel. What do I need if want to tow with a gooseneck hitch? Oh, I have the tow prep package.

I can help you get the products you need to tow a 5th wheel. One of the nice things having gooseneck ball/ 5th wheel hitch conversion is the ease at which you can go back and forth between a gooseneck hitch trailer and a 5th wheel.
The first thing you will need is a gooseneck hitch receiver. I recommend the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ford, GM, and Nissan Titan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # BWGNXA2061. This turnover ball fits securely in your truck bed.
Next, you will need a 5th wheel hitch that is compatible with a turnover ball. The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs, part # BWRVK3500, fits on your gooseneck ball. It has a maximum weight limit of 20,000 lbs. It can shift back 4" when you are towing, giving you better cab clearance during turns. Please keep in mind that this hitch has a vertical load limit of 5,000 lbs. Your F-350 has a vertical load limit of 3,800 lbs. This is the weight you want to adhere to.
