How To Use B&W Companion Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Hitch On 2022 Ford F-350 with Pucks

I have a 2022 f350 on order, it is coming with the ford goose neck hitch. I was hoping tp use my bandw companion hitch but it appears as though its not going to work. Is there an adapter of some kind i can buy?

In order to use a B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3500 on a 2022 Ford F-350 with factory prep package you'd simply need a new base, the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty part # BWRVB3305 for fixed or part # BWRVB3370 for sliding. There is no other adapter for this but you can you still reuse the head to save some cash. The old base can then be sold to recoup some cash.
