Do you sell the part the ball Locking mechanism broke on mine Or do I have to buy the hole assembly

Since Shelby couplers aren't available you would need to buy an all new coupler like with the part # CT-5003-Z that you mentioned. This fits 3 inch channel like what you have and also is designed for the same 2 inch hitch ball size.
