Question:
I have a Forest River Ibex 23 RLDS and want to carrier a scooter off of the rear end with some type of hitch. Scooter likely weighs about 220 pounds. Suggestions on what product will work?

You will first need a receiver hitch installed, this is not a custom fit part the 2021 Forest River IBEX Travel Trailer. I suggest you select an adjustable width model such as the, # C13701. This adjustable trailer receiver hitch is designed for use on RVs and can be bolted to the vehicle frame or welded on for a no-drill application and has a 2" drop. This will fit 18" to 51" wide frames. You can then use the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier, # e98873.
