Wanting advice on the strongest rated set up to flat tow a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon with large tires and factory steel bumper? What do you suggest? Planning on towing behind a 40foot Newmar Dutch Star RV. Also what other parts do I have to add on to make the lights work and not run my battery down?

If you have a factory steel bumper on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon with a factory steel bumper, you need a base plate, a tow bar, a tow braking system, safety cables, and vehicle tow wiring. You also need additional parts for the battery charger kit. For that setup, I recommend the following parts:

The great thing about the Blue Ox base plate kit is that is simply installs into your Gladiator's chassis. It comes with all required hardware. As far as the Falcon 2 tow bar, it allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount. In addition, you will also receive the proportional action of either of the BrakeMaster systems which applies the Gladiator's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. With the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your Gladiator's lighting system.

Since you also requested a charge line, the Gladiator and motorhome charge line kits allow you to use your Dutch Star's battery to maintain the charge of your towed vehicle's battery while the car is being towed.
