is there drilling required when installing any of your hitches on my 2022 Kia Forte sedan?

Yes. With the only hitch we carry for your 2022 Kia Forte, the Curt Hitch - 1-1/4" # C55HR, there is a bit of drilling required for installation. The instructions require you to drill out the rear mounting holes on the bottom of the frame rails. I went ahead and attached a photo from the instructions that shows this step.
