Do you guys carry Jack pads like the SnapPad or similar that fit 12” Hexagon Jack Feet Thanks...

I have a solution for you.
After talking with my contact at RV Snap Pad and researching this foot pad you have. They do not make a snap on pad that fits this type of application.
The lips on your foot are to tall and they do not have anything that can fit on them.
You will need to go with a stabilizer pad like the Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads for RVs and Trailers - 14" Long x 12" Wide - Rubber - Qty 2 # SC57VR.
