Can I adjust the water flow from 3 gallons to 5 gallons per minute?

The Seaflo Diaphragm Pump, # SE24FR is a 12 VDC pump that flow up to 5.5 gallons per minute and pressure setting at 60 psi. This is a variable flow based on demand, there is not an adjustable setting on the unit itself to make changes.
