Thank you for the photo! I was able to reach out to my contact at Dexter Axle who confirmed that the hubs use a # 25580 inner bearing, # 02475 outer bearing, and a 10-36 (part # RG06-070) grease seal. Since we have this info now we can make sure the disc brake kit will fit correctly.

With all of that being said, I highly recommend the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1 which comes with bearings and a seal that matches the spindles (they have the same inner diameters) as well as everything else you need for the conversion, including the electric over hydraulic actuator.

The only other things you may need are 4 of the grease cap part # F001526 if you can't reuse the old ones, and possibly the HydraStar Actuator Adapter Module # HBA-CAM if the plan is using an OEM controller from a 2007-2008 Ford pickup or 2007-2017 GMC/Chevy pickup as those OEM controllers tend to have problems with an electric over hydraulic system. If they are using anything other than that for a brake controller they will be good to go!

I have attached some videos for you to check out.
