Yes, your Lippert 7,000 lb axles are absolutely compatible with the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit with Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1.
This kit is going to give you the best possible braking set up for your trailer, with the responsiveness of an electric trailer brake system and the stopping power of hydraulic disc brakes.
I also recommend adding the Trailer Hub Grease Cap #TRU66FR if you have an E-Z Lube type axle. Additionally, if you don't have one you'll need a brake bleeder, the Powerbuilt # ALL648591.
