I have an alternative solution for you to consider but based on the info you listed we don't have a standard trailer hub that will fit in place of what you have now. This is not uncommon as mobile home axles are generally considered to be one-time-use. Most likely you'll need new axles.
We do have axles available if you need a replacement. Using the capacity, overall length, and spring center length you can find the right axle for your needs.
I attached a page that has all of the trailer axles we offer.
