Hello, can you advise the lug nut size for this combo and if you sell those as well?

As the Castle Rock ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel # LH89FR is designed for use with 1/2", we do have a few options available that will work.
First we have the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # LHLR103. This is a very nice stainless steel option that measures 1-1/2" long and will fit perfectly, but personally, I am not a huge fan of the 2-piece design. I have never actually had one of these fail, but I just prefer the 1-pice lug nuts.
Next, and the one I prefer due to being 1-piece, is the Redline Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # 12CLN. This will be chrome plated so it will have good corrosion resistance and will be the choice I would go with. It is a little shorter at 1-1/4" long, but will not be an issue at all.
